CONTENUR has joined forces with Cyngor Gwynedd to deliver real impact through a £2,936.76 donation dedicated to supporting local community initiatives. This collaboration reflects CONTENUR’s deep commitment to social value, sustainability, and improving quality of life for residents.
The donation has already made a difference across several key areas:
- Animal Welfare: Freshfields Animal Rescue has enhanced its cattery facilities with new blackout blinds, screen door barriers, and scratching posts, creating a more comfortable space for animals in need.
- Environmental Education: At Ysgol Glancegin, children are now equipped with litter-picking kits, encouraging them to care for their school and local woodlands. CONTENUR is also funding the planting of trees in the area as part of its carbon offsetting efforts.
- Home Adaptations: Through Canllaw, essential home modifications have been provided for four residents, supporting hospital discharges and enabling them to live independently and safely in their homes.
